Yankees’ Cameron Maybin forced to exit early with calf injury

Cameron Maybin survived the roster crunch Thursday night with Aaron Judge’s return. The veteran outfielder did not, however, make it through Friday completely unscathed. Maybin was removed from the game with strained left calf after the third inning and replaced by Aaron Hicks. He was set to undergo an MRI Friday night, the Yankees said….
