Jacob Rhame and Mets planning to appeal his suspension

Jacob Rhame and the Mets are not pleased the right-hander was suspended for two games and fined an undisclosed amount for what Major League Baseball called “intentionally throwing a pitch in the area of the head of Rhys Hoskins’’ in the ninth inning of the Mets win over the Phillies on Tuesday at Citi Field….
