The winner will advance to face the Boston Red Sox in the best-of-five American League Division Series, beginning Friday, October 5, 2018 (10/5/18) at Fenway Park in Boston, Mass.

NEW YORK — One more day.

The New York Yankees and Oakland Athletics will face off in the win-or-go-home American League Wild Card Game at Yankee Stadium on Wednesday, Oct. 3, 2018.

Yankees manager Aaron Boone and stars Aaron Judge, Giancarlo Stanton and Didi Gregorius will try to bounce Oakland manager Bob Melvin and his crew, led by Khris Davis, Stephen Piscotty and Jed Lowrie.

But on Tuesday, the Yankees will host a workout in the Bronx.

The Yankees will work out at 1 p.m. Media availability starts at 11:45 a.m. Boone will speak at 12:15 p.m.
