Several starting pitchers are on the market and being scouted by contenders such as the Yankees and Phillies, including Texas Rangers left-hander Cole Hamels, Baltimore Orioles right-hander Kevin Gausman, Toronto Blue Jays left-hander J.A. Happ, and Tampa Bay Rays right-handers Chris Archer and Nathan Eovaldi.
