Yankees general manager Brian Cashman could be seeking to improve the lineup as right fielder Aaron Judge (fractured wrist) and catcher Gary Sanchez (groin strain) sit on the disabled list with the July 31, 2018 (7/31/18) non-waiver trade deadline approaching.
The clock is ticking.
But there’s still time for the Yankees to make a move.
With the MLB trade deadline approaching — it’s at 4 p.m. Tuesday — Yankees general manager Brian Cashman is trying to upgrade his offense, according to Fancred’s Jon Heyman.
Yankees looking for an extra hitter/OF with judge (and Sanchez and Frazier) out. Probably prefer a righty hitter. But the grandy man @cgrand3 could be a potential fit.

The lineup is facing hard times. Aaron Judge (fractured wrist), Gary Sanchez (groin strain) and Clint Frazier (post-concussion symptoms) are on the disabled list.
The Yankees have already bolstered their pitching staff, adding reliever Zach Britton from the Orioles and starting pitcher J.A. Happ from the Blue Jays.
