Noah Syndergaard’s Yankees audition came with big red flag

There was Noah Syndergaard, following his 75th pitch with one out in the fifth, assuring Mickey Callaway and assistant trainer Joseph Golia during a mound visit there was nothing wrong with his right index finger. But there was Callaway telling Syndergaard there would not be an 85th pitch, there would not be a sixth inning….
