Rumor: Tanaka Wants To Return To Yankees? @SimonettiSource

[Music] hey everybody what is going on pete simonetti here for ny news i just got done filming the podcast designated spitters with francis lee and i actually hinted towards the end that i had something on moss here tanaka i totally forgot to talk about it so i just want to make a separate video real quick regarding that so uh very good reporter out there that i speak to often i have spoken to recently told me just yesterday that a scout that usually works in the kbo the korean baseball um league over there had a rumor or heard of rumor and he said it comes from a very very good source that masahiro tanaka wants to come back to major league baseball and the rumor also says he wants to come back to the new york yankees so in a way it’s pretty funny because i’ve seen a lot of people on twitter talk about maybe bring tanaka back bring tanaka back and i sat back i’m like no not my number one thing to do not my not my total favorite thing to do but you look at the yankees rotation you got you know coal we know you got um coal you got a severity you got cold cold cold cold cole monty ty own who’s gonna be out for a little bit and um you know there you got some young guys there you can you can throw in tanaka could potentially work i guess to round out the rotation um me personally not a huge fan of it and not a huge fan against it especially if it’s a lower you know bottom of the order guy and i actually even talked about francis on the podcast you guys will be seeing sunday at 5 p.m that we just got done filming that actually said regarding that whole idea of the rotation i said i would look to maybe add two starters truly i think robbie ray could be one of them and tanaka could be one that would be terrific um but the rumor is right now and again i’m saying this because it’s coming from a very credible reporter that i absolutely love and adore and i know for a fact they wouldn’t tell me this for no reason so it’s going from a kbo guys a scout for the kbo league he said he gets it from a very very good source who tells him that tanaka wouldn’t like to come back to america and pitch a major league baseball and prom and likely for the new york yankees where he’d want to be so again it’d be interesting how it works if the eggs could add robbie ray and masahiro tanaka i’d be very happy with that if they just add tanaka by itself i could live with it and live without it so guys i just wanted to throw that out there real quick this was not meant to be an actual video because again we got the podcast coming tomorrow i wanted to say it on that totally forgot about it slipped up just to actually message francis after like let me make a video really quickly and uh get that information out there to you guys because that’s what i do that’s what i’m here for so guys again let me know in the comments below what do you think about a return of masahiro tanaka let me know there’s a possibility now maybe we’ll hear more about it soon so again guys thank you so much make sure you subscribe like i said we got a goal six thousand subscribers by january it’s only a few months kind of a stretch goal but if you guys know friends out there that like the yankees you know where to send them to it’s not this culture here is all about realness we’re gonna keep it real no matter what you guys know that and again everything we do here at ny news is for you the new york yankee fan so guys let me know in the comments below again masahiro tanaka yay or nay um share this subscribe all that fun stuff anyway i’m rambling off it wasn’t supposed to be a video talk to you guys soon thank you for sticking bye [Music] tell me [Applause] [Music]
