NEW YORK — Before there were fireworks on the field, they popped up behind it.

The explosions lit up the sky in right-center field behind Yankee Stadium in the top of the 10th inning between the Yankees and the Braves on Monday night.

The score was tied 3-all.

It didn’t seem to affect things on the field. Yankees reliever Dellin Betances, a city native, appeared unbothered as he worked out of a runners-on-the-corners jam with two outs, getting a groundout to end it.
