Yankees lose Jordan Montgomery to Tommy John surgery

Jordan Montgomery will undergo Tommy John surgery, ending his season, the Yankees announced Tuesday. The surgery will be performed by Dr. Christopher Ahmad, the Yankees’ team physician, at the New York-Presbyterian Hospital on Thursday.
