Yankees promote former Indians infielder in roster shuffle

BALTIMORE — The Yankees’ roster shuffling continued Saturday when infielder Giovanny Urshela was promoted from Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre to the major leagues and Thairo Estrada was optioned back to Triple-A.
